Conferences and presentations

I speak at conferences, symposiums, and professional meetings on high-level soccer, training, and individual development in demanding contexts.

My presentations are based on more than fifteen years of field experience with players, coaches, and professional clubs in Europe. Football serves as an anchor point, but above all, it becomes a medium for exploring broader themes: decision-making under pressure, managing uncertainty, structuring difficulty, and how an individual or a group adapts when reference points change.

I develop an approach to the philosophy of action, where the right behavior emerges from the balance between perception, feeling, intention, and context. Performance is then neither a recipe nor a fixed execution, but an ability to remain aligned and relevant in unstable situations.

Who is this support for?

The interventions address in particular:

  • the creation of environments conducive to development,
  • the mental and emotional dimensions of performance situations,
  • the link between the individual, relationships between two or three people, and the collective,
  • the definition of priorities and evaluation criteria.

These conferences are aimed at both football stakeholders and audiences in education, training, and management, for whom the issues of transmission, responsibility, and leadership are central.
