This journey is the result of reflection built up over time on the field, nourished both by the feelings of a former player and by careful observation of training and game contexts.

Very early on, attention to detail, sensations, and what the player actually experiences in action became a guiding principle in my work.

This approach was shaped by my contact with soccer, of course, but also by broader human and professional experiences: interactions, communication, project management, exposure to demanding environments and different ways of thinking and acting.

Enriched by the countries and cultures in which I have had the opportunity to work, by curiosity and the pleasure of exchange, this trajectory has gradually shaped my vision of the game, training, and individual development, conceived as a living whole in constant interaction with its environment.
